Is Emsculpt Neo Safe..

Is Emsculpt Neo Safe?

Emsculpt NEO is a non-invasive procedure that is considered to be extremely safe and effective. It requires no surgery and there’s no risk of infection or scarring.

There are some people who should avoid Emsculpt Neo:

  • Pregnant people
  • People with hernias
  • People with metal implants
  • People with pacemakers
  • People with a copper IUD if treating the abdominal area

Most people don’t experience any side effects at all. Some experience a mild soreness, like the type of soreness you’d expect to encounter at the gym.

Of course, there are a few things you can do to make your treatment as safe and as effective as possible.

Get Your BMI Down

In general, you need your BMI at 35 or lower before you can use Emsculpt or before it will be effective for you. Until you’ve reached 35 or lower the treatment really can’t get down to the muscle or fat that it needs to reach.

Another way to look at this is that you should be within 30 pounds of your ideal weight before you seek treatment.

Work With Qualified Professionals.

Emsculpt NEO is safest when administered by a trained technician who can ensure proper technique and placement of the device. Our team works hard to stay on top of the latest techniques and have all been licensed in the use of this device.

Stay Hydrated

It’s always a good idea to drink plenty of water before and after your treatment. You’re giving your muscles a workout, and giving them plenty of water will help reduce the amount of discomfort the machine might give you.

Communicate!

If something doesn’t feel right, tell your technician right away. Don’t be afraid to let us know if the machine seems too hot, if you’re hurting, or if something else seems to be going wrong. At most, the worst you should feel is the same mild discomfort you feel while hitting the gym.

Start with a Consultation

Will Emsculpt NEO help you hit your goals? Are there other treatments you should consider?

The right treatment always starts with a consultation. We’ll go over your goals, expectations, and pre-and-post treatment care. We’ll help you decide whether Emsculpt is right for you or whether truSculpt or some other method will help you get the results you’re looking for.
