How does a SaltFacial™ work?
A SaltFacial™ is a three-step process. We start by coating your skin with all-natural sea salt, which gently resurfaces the skin. The salt helps you get rid of old, dead skin cells, but doesn’t cause any redness.
Next, we add a series of topical products to restore and rejuvenate your skin, and use aesthetic ultrasound to help your skin absorb those products. We use a variety of topical treatments to gift your skin with antioxidants and vital nutrients.
Finally, you get to engage in relaxing LED phototherapy, which encourages collagen production so that you can enjoy plumper, firmer skin that fills in all of your fine lines.
How long does it take to see results from a SaltFacial™?
Our clients love SaltFacials™ because they can typically see results right away. They walk out of our spa looking vibrant, young, and fresh. Are SaltFacials™ safe?
Yes! They are suitable for all skin types and have very few side effects. The three part treatment leaves your skin feeling smooth and hydrated, so you don’t even have to worry about drying. There’s no bruising and no bleeding. You won’t need any downtime. They aren’t painful in any way.
We do suggest you avoid sun exposure for two weeks prior to your treatment, and that you wear an SPF of at least 30. We also suggest avoiding other exfoliants, since your skin has already undergone a powerful exfoliation effect.
Finally, we recommend that you don’t touch your face too much, simply so you may enjoy best results.
